Richard and Janice West own and operate North Star Kennels.

We have been boarding dogs in the kennels at our home since 1997. We have accumulated a list of hundreds of dogs that have been at our facility.

We own and breed Briard dogs. We have trained and competed in obedience, conformation, agility, and herding. We Have also been active in Therapy Dogs International. Our first Dog even had a state career appearing as Sandy in two productions of the Little Orphan Annie plays.

Current memberships include: Key City Kennel Club, North Central Briarders and Briarders Club of America.

A current vacination record and a leash is all that is needed.
Toys, bones, food, bedding and medications are welcome.
A crate/travel kennel is often helpful, too.
Dishes are not necessary.

I Have two dogs, can they stay in the same pen?
